Redevelopment of a project site into a 19,325 square foot, 4-story plus basement mixed-use multi-tenant space located in Philadelphia, PA. Redevelopment efforts are proposed to include 16 residential units, commercial space, roof decks, roof top solar arrays, and green roofs.

Four new 3-story single family dwellings planned in the City of Philadelphia. The planned dwellings will have three above grade floors with a below grade basement, green roof, roof deck, and roof access pilot house.
2514 Coral St
A new 3-story singe family dwelling planned in the City of Philadelphia. The planned corner block dwelling adjacent to an existing 2-story dwelling will have 3 above grade floors with a below grade basement and roof deck.
Completed Projects
Engine House 29
Redevelopment of a project site into a 4-story mixed-use multi-tenant space that is anchored by a beautiful gallery and community programs space. The project site consists of an existing building and an existing rear surface parking lot. The existing brick and brownstone structure building, the former Engine 29 Firehouse built in 1894, is approximately 14,400 square feet and was added to the Philadelphia Register for Historic Places in 1989. Renovation of the existing building and existing rear surface parking lot was part of the redevelopment efforts. Redevelopment efforts included 3 affordable/senior housing units, 15 market rate residential units, roof decks and green roofs.
Vare recreation center
Austin Engineering, LLC, provided the structural engineering services for Vare Recreation Center, located in the South Philadelphia neighborhood of Grays Ferry. Austin Engineering, LLC, worked as part of a team to help revitalize and continue the legacy of the center, which has served the community for over 100 years. The building includes a new recreation center with dedicated gymnastics facilities, basketball courts, athletic fields, and swimming pool.
